Chiranjeevi to Remain a Political Dummy?

Megastar Chiranjeevi made a stunning comeback to Telugu Film Industry with his Prestigious 150th film, Khaidi No 150. The movie is heading towards being a non-Baahubali industry hit status. Chiranjeevi had announced that he will continue doing films going further.

Chiranjeevi announced that he will begin two films this year with Surender Reddy and Boyapati Srinu. That indicates that Chiranjeevi is going to be distant from political affairs and that means there is no chance of him coming back to electoral politics.

He is most likely to be used only for campaigning and may go to Parliament or Assembly only as a Rajya Sabha MP or MLC. Council route is lost given Congress’ bad state of affairs in AP. It has to be seen if the high command nominates him once again for Rajya Sabha when his tenure completes in 2018.
