Chittoor District YCP MLAs In Tension

The erstwhile Chittoor district is one of the strongest districts of the YSR Congress. Peddireddy Rama Chandra Reddy has taken the district prestigiously and ensured massive victory in all local elections after 2019.

YSR Congress even claims they are defeating Chandrababu in Kuppam.

But then, the ground scenario is different. I-PAC surveys have painted a grim picture of the performance of the MLAs. Except for 1-2, MLAs are not sure about getting tickets in the coming election.

So, they woke up late and are trying to impress the Chief Minister by being active in the Gadapa Gadapaku program.

TDP is clearly ahead in constituencies like Nagari, Palamaneru, and Kuppam.

In SC-reserved constituencies, the MLAs are completely out of touch with the people as well as the cadre.

Even senior leaders like Bhumana and Chevireddy are nervous as they are trying to launch their sons this time.

Even though the CM claims 175 out of 175. The confidence is not remotely resembling in the strongest district of YSR Congress.
