CID has issued a PT warrant on ex MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi. The Third ACM court has directed that Vamsi be presented before the court on February 25.
The CID has amplified its efforts in the attack on Gannavaram TDP office case. The officials have issued a PT warrant on Vallabhaneni Vamsi.
It is known that Vamsi is in jail with regards to assault and kidnap of Satyavardhan case. His remand will end on February 25. Meanwhile, the CID has filed a PT warrant in court with regards to attack on Gannavaram TDP office issue.
It can be recollected that the anticipatory bail petition by Vamsi was struck down by the High Court. The Court directed he approach the SC, ST Court.
In the past, the HC struck down anticipatory bail petitions of 36 people. They didn’t get respite in SC, ST Court too. With Vamsi’s bail rejection in HC, the police are preparing for further action.
Vallabhaneni Vamsi was arrested in Hyderabad on 13th of February and he was given for 14 days remand. A total of 88 people were named in the Gannavaram TDP office case. The police took action following a complaint by Satyavardhan.
