Clarity on Jagan Sending Chiranjeevi to Rajya Sabha

Megastar Chiranjeevi has been away from Politics ever since his Rajya Sabha term expired and got himself busy with films. However, he arrived unannounced to AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Residence a few months ago and had lunch with the CM’s family. Later, he also released a Press Note supporting the Three Capitals idea.

This is despite the fact that his brother Pawan Kalyan’s Janasena is vehemently opposing Jagan’s style of Governance and the three capitals idea. Since then, there are speculations that Chiranjeevi will join YSR Congress and Jagan offered him a Rajya Sabha Berth.

Mega Brother Nagababu has condemned such reports and termed them as malicious attempt by some media. He went on to say that Chiranjeevi sacrificed his Political career for Pawan Kalyan’s Political Growth and would only concentrate on films going forward.

Nagababu also warned Amaravati farmers who called for a Dharna before Chiranjeevi’s house of dire consequences if they resort to such things. He also criticised Producer Aswini Dutt for his comments on Chiranjeevi’s Three Capitals Stance. Nagababu termed it as Chiranjeevi’s own Opinion.
