CM Kiran to resign on January 23rd!

Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy is all set to submit his resignation to the Governor on January 23rd, the day on which President’s time limit for discussion on Telangana bill will end. He will reportedly also suggest Governor to dissolve the assembly to ensure elections happen in time. According to constitution, Cabinet should also endorse CM’s recommendation of dissolving the assembly for the Governor to agree for it. It is not sure if the entire cabinet take such step to face the ire of Sonia Gandhi.

Sources also say, Kiran Kumar Reddy is all set to announce a new political party which will have Samayikya Andhra as its motto. On the other side, entire political picture of the state will change if Kiran floats separate Political party. Several Seema Andhra Congress MLAs and MPs are expected to submit mass resignations and join Kiran’s party as the Samayikya Andhra sentiment is more in the region.
