Common candidate for Left and Congress in Warangal?

Communist leaders seem to have taken Warangal by-election very seriously. They are already trying their level best to bring in people’s singer, Gaddar as common candidate for six communist parties.

Meanwhile they are trying to field Gaddar as the common candidate of all secular political parties. They have met Congress PCC President Uttama Kumar Reddy and discussed about the common candidate issue.

They may not approach TDP due to its alliance with BJP whom communists consider as communal. This proposal had got mixed reactions in Congress. They are likely to decide up on this in a meeting chaired Digvijay Singh tomorrow.
