Communists Plan Mahakutami with Janasena – Will It Fire or Misfire?

Communist Parties which are struggling in both the Telugu States seems to be still keen on having an alliance with Janasena even though Pawan Kalyan has repeatedly confirmed that his party will contest in all the 175 seats of Andhra Pradesh.

CPI State Secretary, Ramakrishna speaking at Aluru, Kurnool district went on to say Pawan Kalyan is a very matured politician and he is their Chief Minister Candidate. Communists are keen on having a Grand Alliance with Janasena, Aam Admi Party, and Lok Satta.

Obviously, Pawan Kalyan will be the Chief Minister Candidate because Janasena is the major factor in the alliance and the other parties may be just hoping to add a few votes here and there if the contest runs down the wire in some constituencies.

However, the alliance’s productivity will depend on the actual scenario of the elections. If Janasena is poised to be a Major Player as Pawan Kalyan and fans are hoping, this alliance may prove counter-productive. If the scenario is only about getting significant votes or a handful of seats, they may be helpful.
