Congress’ innovative idea to avoid Jump Jilanis

The defections fever is leaving no party across the country. Congress Party’s West Bengal Unit had come up with an innovative idea to avoid Jump Jilanis. The party faced a shameful defeat in the recently concluded Assembly elections. Congress and Left contested together against Mamatha Banerjee to of no use.

Now Congress is trying its level best to save its MLAs from joining Trinamool Congress. The party is taking affidavits from its MLAs stating that they will not change the party at any cost. Congress Party West Bengal President,Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury has come up with this idea. The party already started collecting the oath on a 100 Rupees Stamp Paper.

Congress had managed to win 44 out of the total 294 Assembly seats. It has to be seen if these Affidavits are legally valid. If they are, Congress party will be leading the nation to a new path with this innovative idea. YSR Congress and TDP (TS) may better watch out keenly!
