Congress MLC joins TDP!

Congress party which is already reeling under the pressure of biggest ever defeat in Andhra Pradesh, has suffered one more blow. The party’s MLC, Rudraraju Padmaraju big goodbye to the party and joined TDP a short while ago in the presence of Chief Minister, Chandrababu Naidu.

Padmaraju is one of the senior most leaders of Congress party hailing from East Godavari district. He is also an efficient speaker and served as official spokesperson of Congress. His joining will also bring a good speaker to TDP.

Padmaraju lamented that the party did not give him the due recognition despite being loyal for 30 years. He also said he was impressed with the efforts of Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu to develop the State and wanted to be part of State’s development. This joining will boost the numbers of ruling party in Council where Congress is having the majority.
