Congress to bell the Cat with YSRCP MPs!

Andhra Pradesh is likely to take center-stage in the upcoming budget session of the Parliament. The main opposition party, Congress which is lacking on issues to pin down the ruling party has decided to rake up the Special Status issue in Parliament.

Congress in Andhra Pradesh almost became toothless with no representation in the state Assembly. So the national wing sprang in to action. It is said that Congress MPs will stall the proceedings of parliament on the Special Status issue. Congress wants to effectively use the BJP’s demand for 10 years Special Status when Congress then offered 5 year Special Status.

They also want to take along with them the other MPs of Andhra Pradesh on the floor of the house during those protests. If Congress and YSR Congress MPs join hands and protest in Parliament, the ruling TDP MPs will be in a fix as they can not go against their alliance partner and at the same time can not sit idle as it would send wrong signals to the people.
