Connecting The Dots, Naidu and KCR Getting Closer?

There are reports about a possible alliance between TRS and TDP in Telangana. Both the Supremos have not condemned the news even though that led to Revanth Reddy leaving TDP. Naidu recently in a meeting hinted that an alliance is must for the party to survive in Telangana. He did not hesitate to hint the alliance with TRS ruling out the options of BJP and Congress.

TDP votes even though meager are necessary for TRS in case it is a close contest. Also it brings the settler votes in GHMC, Khammam, and some parts of Mahabubnagar. But then the big question for everyone is how Naidu will convince AP people about the alliance with a party which led to bifurcation and how KCR will explain the alliance with a party which he once called Telangana Drohi Party.

The explanation is right there yesterday. KCR called for a Pressmeet when Pawan Kalyan is blaming TDP to a larger extent for not fighting with the center. KCR talked about how BJP is no different from Congress for its anti-farmers policies. He also stressed the need of a Change at national level and extended his support to the Special Status of Andhra Pradesh.

Naidu and KCR may unite on the plank of bringing that change and fighting the center. Naidu may take the stance after the upcoming Budget Session of Parliament and this can be the common agenda of the alliance. They may tell the people how it is important for both the states to unite and fight with the joint strength in the Parliament. Interesting days ahead in Telugu Politics!
