Constitution experts say Telangana process is faulty

While Telangana process is going on at jet speed as planned by Congress Party led UPA Government, some Constitution experts warn that they may be committing grave mistakes violating the constitution. They warn that Center is severely abusing Article 377 D and courts may intervene any time disrupting the bifurcation plans. They also say that Center is misreading and misrepresenting Article 3 (state bifurcation article) which is also anti-constitutional.

All these violations will be out when Center introduces the bill in to Parliament. Opposition parties including BJP may not cooperate the bill violating constitution. Congress have very less time to pass the bill in Parliament. Only one session (in February) is possible before the Election Commission issues notification for upcoming General elections.
