Since Krishnapatnam port is near and another Duggarajapatnam port coming up, Nellore district becomes apt location for the container manufacturing unit. Several manufacturing units are coming up along in the Vishakapatnam and Chennai industrial corridor and the containers will be in high demand in future along this stretch for commodity transportation.
