Contempt of Court on AP Government?

YSR Congress President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy announced that his party will be filing the contempt of the court petition on Andhra Pradesh with Hyderabad High Court on Monday. Jagan announced that the government resorted to Contempt of court by not adhering to the high court’s allowing Roja in to the house.

Jagan also recorded his entire argument with Assembly Marshals when they did not allow Roja in to the house. The recording clips were given to the media. Roja alleged that Marshals Chief is behaving as if a TDP activist and is not respecting the courts. On the other side, it is already known that Assembly Secretary filed an appeal over high court’s ruling in the case.

The hearing on the appeal is posted to Monday. YSR Congress had announced that it will not go to the Assembly until justice is done to Roja. YSR Congress MLCs also staged a walkout from the council over the same issue. Lets see what happens on Monday that will decide the fate of Roja!
