Corona Vaccine Turns Christian Vaccine in Andhra Pradesh?

YSR Congress Narasapuram MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju has made serious allegations against the vaccination drive of Andhra Pradesh. He alleged that the Christian community is given first priority in the Corona vaccination of the state.

“Instructions have gone to the volunteers to give first priority to Christians. Then YSR Congress’ Sureshot voters come next. Most of the volunteers are Christians and so, they go to the next people (YSRCP supporters) only after Christians are completed,” RRR alleged.

“If you are a Kapu and Janasena supporter, there is no vaccine for you. If you are a TDP supporter and from BC classes, no vaccine. Is that a Christian Vaccine? Is that a YSR Congress Vaccine, Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy?,” Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju asked.

He demanded that humanity should be the sole criteria for administering the vaccine. On the other side, the vaccination drive is happening at a snail pace in Andhra Pradesh. The state is yet to begin the vaccination for the 18-45 age group and there are media reports of people of the 45+ age group struggling to get their second dose vaccine.
