Court serious, asks Jagan to come in an hour!

The Special CBI court in Hyderabad turned serious on YS Jagan Mohan Reddy not attending the court proceedings even though he is in Hyderabad. The court struck down Jagan’s request to exempt from personal appearance today in the wake of the Assembly session. The bench was serious on Jagan for trying all kinds of reasons for evading personal appearance.

YS Jagan who is in the Assembly, rushed to the court as soon the information arrived. The court is taking the charge-sheet of Indu Housing Scam in to consideration todayand has made it mandatory for all the accused to appear before the court.

Earlier in the day, YS Jagan criticized the Chief Minister for missing the Assembly session on Hudhud Cyclone and termed it as insult to the victims. Government responded sharply saying that the Chief Justice of India is in Vishakpatnam for the first convocation of Damodharam Sanjeevaiah Law University and Chief Minister has to go there as a part of the protocol.
