Court sets deadline to service providers for call data!

Vijayawada court is serious on service providers refusing to give the call data of 25 persons citing that Telangana government is not allowing them to share the data. The court is serious on the service providers for not adhering to its order and set them a deadline till 24th to submit the call data.

SIT appointed by AP government over call tapping issue said 25 phones were tapped and requested the data through the court. The court asked the service providers to give the call data and tapping request letters by 24th of this month or give a written letter that tapping did not happen.

The service providers clearly said that the Telangana government is threatening them with cases if they give the data. The service providers are planning to knock the door of the high court after receiving the judgement copy.
