Cyber Warriors to Protect Telangana Databases

Today when digitalisation is on the rise, virtual crimes have become a part of our daily life. As such a better cyber security is the need of the hour. To this effect, Telangana has made the decision to raise cyber warriors in order to protect the important digital data of the government.

This move will be carried out in association with the C.R. Rao Advanced Institute of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science (AIMSCS). It is said that the State Government and the institution have signed, a memorandum of understanding regarding this decision on Monday. The institution has been given the task of creating cyber warriors who would then be employed by both government and private organizations.

Aside from protecting Government data bases such as information regarding Aadhaar, civil supplies and more, the institution would also be responsible for training in-house personnel for the future.
