Son Carried the Dead Mother on Motorcycle

A daily wager Shankar Shah a resident of Ranibari had to face a terrible situation at Purnea Sardar hospital where his wife Susheela Devi died of illness, The man requested for a mortuary van which the hospital couldn’t provide.

The father and son had to carry their mistress’s body on the motorcycle that they owned, They asked for a private van to take the body in but it charged about 2500 which the daily wagers could not afford. They were left with no option but make the body sit in between the son and the father while the son drove his mother home.

When asked about the incident, one of the hospital officials stated that the ambulance was not in condition and hence they asked them to arrange their own transport. On the other side, the Magistrate ordered the staff to investigate the issue.
