Deccan Chronicle owner arrested again!

Deccan Chronicle Newspaper owner T.Venkatramireddy was earlier arrested by CBI for duping Bank by taking fake loan of Rs 357.77 crore from Canara Bank and failing to repay that. He is out on bail very recently but was arrested in one more case now.

Venkatramireddy along with his men reportedly barged in to the house of a person, Manish Mankad. Venkatramireddy reportedly tormented him and also hit with the butt of a gun. A Police case was registered on him under sections of Arms Act, criminal tresspass, assault, wrongful restraint and threatening a witness among other sections of IPC. and he was taken in to custody by Delhi Police.

On April 29, Reddy along with his associates went to Munish’s house in two cars and allegedly assaulted him. Reddy was produced before a magistrate. The cops sought three days custody to interrogate him. If it is established that, Venkatamireddy is trying to tamper the evidence, his bail in the loan case can also be cancelled.
