Decision on Sandra’s bail petition tomorrow!

The ACB Special court had reserved its judgement on TDP MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah’s bail petition to Tuesday (tomorrow). Sandra’s lawyers and ACB lawyers have finished their arguments on this petition today. ACB as usually objected the bail telling that he is likely to influence witnesses if released.

On the side, Sandra’s lawyers said that the TDP MLA had already revealed all that he has in the interrogation in the two days custody and has nothing more to say in this case. Legal experts says Sandra has good chances of getting bail in this case.

In the event of bail, Sandra may be asked to confine to his constituency Sattupalli just like Revanth Reddy was asked to confine to Kodangal. He will not be allowed to come to Hyderabad where the Forensic Science Lab is located.
