The votes have been polled. Now it’s time for exit polls in UT Delhi. This time, the BJP and Aap are in a tight tussle, leaving the Congress far behind.
In fact, the grand old party that ruled Delhi for quite a while is probably getting 1 seat as per exit polls.
So, coming to Aap and BJP, most of the agencies that carried out the survey have said that finally BJP can count Delhi in its account.
The situation is not bad for Aap which is close behind in many surveys. Though this time, there might not be a possibility of Aap reaching out to another party if it falls short of some seats. The classic washing of dirty linen between the Congress and Aap is widely known.
However, closer home, KK who is known for his accurate surveys in the past has now predicted that Aap will bounce back to power with 39 seats out of 70. The BJP he says will get 22.
KK of KK Services & Strategies was bang on with his exit poll during Andhra and Maharashtra elections. However, he missed the mark in Haryana.
On the national canvass, the agencies see a swing towards the saffron party. Chanakya has predicted 22-25 for Aap and 33-37 for the BJP. Matrize has suggested 32-37 for Aap and 35-40 for BJP.
Agency JVC has predicted 22-31 for Aap and 39-45 for the BJP.
But KK feels the margin will be wide enough for Aap to form a government once again in Delhi.
Of course, it’s just three days when the results will be announced on February 8, 2025.
