Development agenda missing in KCR's armoury?

Telangana Rashtra Samiti till date won all the elections that happened in the new state with super duper majority. Most of the elections happened in the Telangana heartland. Their own loss came in settlers heart land MLC seat in Hyderabad – Rangareddy where TDP-BJP candidate won.

It is not easy to woo the settlers in the GHMC elections because TRS’ biggest weapon, the Telangana sentiment will not have any effect on them. Settlers contain huge crop of educated voters too and their vote can be sought only on development issues.

But the capital is facing acute water shortage, roads are in bad shape, and drains are overflowing. Also there is a history, in which most of the times the party which was in power did not fare well in municipal polls in the city and the same would be repeated this time.
