Dharmabad Court Asks Chandrababu To Appear Before It

Dharmabad Court has rejected the Recall Petition filed by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and clarified that he should attend before it. The court went on to say that it can not have different yardstick according to the position of the people.

Chandrababu‘s lawyers filed a Recall Petition asking the court to cancel its Arrest Warrant and also requested an exemption from his personal appearance. The court refused to give any such exemption and posted the case to October 15th.

Gangula Kamalakar, KS Ratnam, and Prakash Goud, the then TDP leaders who are now in TRS attended the court and got bail. Chandrababu’s lawyers told the court that they did not get any of the previous notices and asked for four weeks time.
