Dhoni in ‘Water’ controversy

How much water does Dhoni’s swimming pool at his residence in Ranchi, Jharkhand consume everyday? They say it takes about 15,000 liters of water daily. At present Jharkhand is going through severe water crisis and people aren’t even getting enough drinking water.

The entire country is wrapped under the scorching heat wave and there is severe scarcity of water. Hence when people are using water for swimming pools, preparing cricket grounds for matches or for shooting rain sequences; they are facing severe criticism.

Mostly Dhoni stays out of Ranchi traveling to different places to play cricket matches. Wasting fresh water when he isn’t around is leading Dhoni into ‘water controversy’ on his in-sensitiveness towards the issue. However Dhoni has to respond directly on the call.
