Did Pawan Kalyan miss a point on Section 8?

Pawan Kalyan’s just concluded Pressmeet mostly revolved on Section 8 controversy. He aired his bold views on Hyderabad and declared that Hyderabad belongs to Telangana and advised Seema Andhra leaders not to lay any stack on it any more. He also announced that he is against Section 8 which brings Hyderabad under Union government’s control which he do not like.

He instead insisted on having a committee which directly reports to the Prime Minister’s office regarding law and order issues if any and the latter can act up on the need. However one can not understand how it is different from Section 8.

In Section 8, Governor along with a couple of advisers will look in to the law and order issues of Hyderabad if any and act accordingly. In both the cases, the central concept is same and one do not understand the need of a new committee.
