Dip in Admissions of US Universities – Hate Crime Effect?

Hate Crimes in America has definitely threatened the newcomers of the country. And the Trump’s effect is already there. American universities were probably the most student attracting universities and now they are experiencing a dip in the admission this time.

Especially, most of the youth of India set education in America as the target and get a Job there, then get a Green card, later settle over there for generations. Trump first scared them off and then the Hates crimes that recently took place on Telugu people seems to have an effect on the number of applications given to the American Universities from India.

Reports say that there is a dip in applications from India by 26% for Undergraduate courses and 15% decline in applications for graduate courses. Not just India, but various other countries too have been reported to be taking back the thought of graduation in America due to the Visa restrictions and the insecure climate in the country for the immigrants.
