Disconnect Between Telangana Government and People?

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao is a very good speaker and he is blessed with two children who are equally good in delivering interesting speeches. Kavitha made one such statement in the defense of his father who is under fire for not being available for people who come to air their problems to the Chief Minister.

“Yes KCR will not meet the people and I feel it is right. The Chief Minister is always of the opinion that administration should reach out to the people but people should not come all the way to the rulers. People’s issues should be addressed at the lower level and for this, we have reorganized districts,” Kavitha said in an interview.

Kavitha seems to be making an excuse here. If her argument is really true, does the government believe all the issues of the people are being solved at the lower level? Why would people come all the way to Hyderabad if their problems are getting solved right at their places? If Kavitha believes what she said, there may be a disconnect between the people and the government.
