Do You Think Politicians Are Corrupt? Change Your Opinion

The opinion of the majority of Politicians is very bad. They see them as Power Mongers and Corrupt. Some say that Politicians do spend Lakhs even to get elected as a Ward Member so corruption is inevitable. Whatever, maybe the reason, it is a fact that the majority do believe politicians are corrupt.

But that may not be true always. In the picture here is Gummadi Narasiah, a five-time MLA who belongs to the Communist Party of India (Marxist–Leninist) New Democracy. He was a member of the Legislative Assembly for Yellandu between 1983-1994 and 1999-2009, elected as an Independent.

He last defeated the Telugu Desam Party candidate Vooke Abbaiah in 2009 Assembly elections. He is seen waiting to board an RTC Bus which indicates how honest he was. Probably such MLAs could barely survive in today’s Politics.
