US Makes a List of Indians to Be Deported from the Country

Indian-origin Americans and their family members in India are already in immense tension about the safety of their jobs and more than that the lives due to the hate crime incidents reported so far. Adding to that, Trump’s government reported a list of 271 Indians to be deported from the country.

The government alleged that these 271 are living in the USA illegally and fall into unauthorized immigrant category. Being informed about the same, Indian government had requested for additional information on the individuals that the US claimed to be unauthorized immigrants, so that, India can perform further investigation on the nationalities of these 271 people.

External Affairs minister, Sushma Swaraj stated that Indian government wouldn’t allow the deportation until they confirm the nationalities of the claimed people. It has been reported that an Emergency certificate would be given for the deportation after the investigation is done.
