Donald Trump To Be India’s R-Day Guest Next Year?

The Government of India is keen on having USA President Donald Trump as the Chief Guest for the Republic Day Event the next year. The Government has sent an invitation already and is awaiting the response from the Big Brother.

During his Bilateral meeting with Trump last year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has invited Donald Trump to visit India. Donald Trump’s predecessor Barack Obama was Narendra Modi’s first Republic Day guest in 2015.

A visit to India by a USA President will always get huge public attention. It will be a Plus Point to the Ruling Party if Donald Trump’s visit will take place months before the General Elections in the Summer of 2019. It has to be seen if Donald Trump will oblige to the invitation.
