Don’t arrest Matthaiah – High Court

Hyderabad High Court ordered Telangana ACB not to arrest Jerusalem Matthaiah, the Accused No.4 in Cash for Vote scam. This ruling will be in effect till 24th of this month and asked Telangana ACB to file a counter on this by then.

The next ruling of the case was posted to 24th of this month. Earlier in the day, Matthaiah approached the high court asking to remove his name from the FIR of this case and the court have this ruling after the hearing.

Matthaiah was absconding from when Revanth Reddy was arrested in this case. He went to Andhra Pradesh and lodged a police complaint in Vijayawada that Telangana Police and TRS leaders are blackmailing him to corner Chandrababu Naidu in this case.
