Don’t Come To Our Colony: Own Cadre Stops YCP MLA

Santhanuthalapadu MLA TJR Sudhakar Babu conducted Gadapa Gadapaku Program in the SC Colony of Ommevaram, Nagulappadu Mandal of Prakasam district on Tuesday.

But to the MLA’s shock, a section in the YSR Congress obstructed the MLA. They blocked the road leading to their colony and shouted slogans against the MLA.

“You came here for asking votes and now, you came again in the name of the Gadapa Gadapaku program. We did not get house sites. Our roads were not laid. You did not solve any of our problems. Don’t come to our colony,” they angrily say.

Police tried to clear the route for the MLA and that resulted in a commotion between them and the Police. A woman fainted in this commotion.

Police manhandled a person and later the mob pelted stones at the Police. The MLA finished the Program for the namesake and left the place.

Sudhakar Babu won over TDP candidate, B N Vijay Kumar with a majority of 9K votes in the 2019 elections.
