TDP-BJP combine fancy chances in Warangal by-poll

The mysterious deaths in Rajaiah’s house totally put Congress on backfoot in Warangal by-election. The last minute candidate change and a non-local candidate in Sarve Satyanarayana is not sinking in for the local cadre there and political analysts says Congress chances are almost ruled out there.

With Congress on back foot, TDP-BJP combine is fancying its chances here. Their common candidate, Devayya will now be the dark horse in the contest. Both the parties are eager to put up a good show here and better their position in the newest state.

If Congress candidate becomes totally dummy due to the bad name following the Rajaiah’s incident, the anti-government vote may consolidate and TDP-BJP candidate may even pull off a blinder. The only negative for him until now is being an NRI.
