Its Earlier the Better Modi and Shah Realize!

The first leg of Parliament Budget Session was rocked by the Center’s insensitivity towards Andhra Pradesh. It is clear that BJP has gone back on all the promises made to Andhra Pradesh but everyone from Jaitley to the State BJP Leaders says that everything is being delivered.

The ground reality, however, is that there is a huge sentiment against BJP in Andhra Pradesh but then the fact is that the saffron party has too little to lose in the state. But then, BJP cannot be placid because they are actually giving a lifeline to Congress.

Congress which has no life in Andhra Pradesh has started saying it will give Special Status if voted to power in 2019. It will be a huge setback to BJP if Congress recovers in Andhra Pradesh and things will not be as easy in 2019 as it is in 2014.

Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi already expressed their support for the Special Status demand. The party’s Rajya Sabha MPs are already trying to corner the government in the house. It has to be seen if Modi and Amit Shah realizes that. The earlier the Better!
