ED Turns Down Kavitha‘s At Home Questioning Request

KCR’s daughter Kavitha has been in the spotlight for a while now in connection with her alleged involvement in the Delhi Liquor Scam. The case is currently being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate.

The latest news is that Kavitha’s request to have the ED investigation at her home has been turned down by the investigation agency.

Kavitha had been arguing that women have the right to be investigated at their residency and not at the ED office. She applied for the same but it was turned down by the ED.

Kavitha skipped the investigation today and she was ordered by the ED to attend the investigation on the 20th of this month. The ED mentioned that she should attend the investigation without fail this time.

Meanwhile, there are reports that the ED is also planning to approach the court to ask for Kavitha’s arrest warrant. If Kavitha is indeed arrested, then there is a good chance that the BRS troops will be holding protests at the ED office.
