Election tactics: Separate budget for women!

With elections fast approaching, Congress is trying all the tricks in the kitty to get back to power once again. The Congress high command is banking on Andhra Pradesh which contributed 33 MPs in the last elections. As a electoral scheme, the state government is planning to introduce separate budget for women for the first time in the history.

The government is planning to decrease allocations to infrastructure and increase money on service sectors like health, small scale industries, women welfare etc. The government will be showing money to be spent for woman in separate category this time. This will ensure that funds will be spent for women compulsorily. State government is also making sure that ongoing bifurcation issue will not have any effect on the budget or its spending.
