Encroachers fooling Telangana Government!

The land regularization announced by Telangana government is proving to be a boon for encroachers than the needy. Encroachers have come up with shrewd plan to legalize their occupied lands. Government has announced that only those lands with constructions will be regularized while empty lands will be taken back by the government.

It is said that many applications reached the government in which encroachers construct a single bed room in their occupied lands of more than 500 Square yards. With the construction, the land becomes eligible for regularization.

While several applications of such sort are coming in huge numbers, the government has paused the regularization of lands above 500 sq yards until further directives on regularization of such lands.
