Exclusive Registration district for capital zone

All the mandals coming under CRDA – Undavalli, Tullur, Mandadam and Anantavaram mandals will be clubbed to form an exclusive registration district in the wake of growing demand for property registrations. This move is likely to speed up and regulate the registration process.

The real estate business in the region suddenly increased after the government had decided to move the employees to the capital region in a month. In future, this registration district will also house more mandals from Guntur and Krishna districts.

All the lands collected from people by the government for capital city in land pooling will also have to be registered in the name of government. The 33000 acres acquired by the government are likely to get a waiver of registration fee and stamp duty.
