Fake Campaign Against Janasena In TS Polls

There was confusion on Friday that Janasena candidates may not get a common symbol in the Telangana elections as the party is not a recognized party in Telangana.

The Election Commission confirmed that it will allot the Glass Tumbler symbol to all the eight candidates with Janasena B-Form but the same symbol will be in the free symbols list in other seats where Janasena is not contesting.

Meanwhile, there is fake propaganda going on against Janasena. A fake Janasena letterhead is being circulated saying that EC has alloted ‘Top’ (bongaram in Telugu) to Janasena. This is aimed at creating confusion in Janasena voters.

YSR Congress supporters are seen circulating the letterhead on Social Media. A disastrous outing for Janasena in Telangana will help them so much in the Andhra Pradesh elections, they believe.
