Final Deadline To Complete Jagan’s Cases – Possible?

The Supreme Court had ordered the CBI to conclude the investigation into Gaali Janaardhan Reddy’s illegal Mining Cases in four months.

The Supreme Court ordered the CBI to finish the investigation in four months on September 30th last year.

The CBI approached the Court to extend the period for another four months and the court granted the same.

The Apex Court categorically informed the Agency that this is the Final Extension and the investigation must be completed at any cost.

In all probability, the Court will also give a similar ruling in Jagan’s disproportionate assets cases sooner or later.

This judgment of the Supreme Court will definitely make Jagan nervous.

The Central Government is dependent on the TDP for its survival and so, everyone thought it was a matter of time before there was a serious movement in Jagan’s cases.

But then, it is been more than six months, there has been no movement whatsoever to date.

Political Experts believe Chandrababu Naidu has to break the YSR Congress in Rajya Sabha to ensure that the BJP acts in these cases.

Probably, someone like Raghu Rama Krishna Raju will be approaching the Court on this issue following this ruling in Gaali’s cases.
