Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in a recent Media Chit-chat clearly said that he will do all that he can to erase the influence of KCR and BRS from Telangana.

Recently, we have seen the Midnight Party Case involving KTR’s Brother-in-law. There were attempts to drag KTR as well in that case. Some media houses telecast news that KTR’s wife was in the party and some even went on to say KTR escaped after getting a tip-off about the police raid.

Meanwhile, it looks like the first serious case is loading on KTR.

The Government allowed an ACB Inquiry into the Formula-E racing scam in Telangana during the previous tenure.

The municipal officials said that Rs.55 crore was handed over to a foreign company against the rules to organize this formula race. The release of Rs 55 crore through word of mouth, without at least giving a G.O., drew criticism.

Officials have written a letter to ACB to investigate this. This caused concern among BRS leaders.

The authorities have already given notices to the then municipal department officer Arvind Kumar. But there is a discussion that KTR will also be given a notice.

Political observers say this may be the first case loading on KTR in the new Government.

It may be reminded to our readers that KTR’s sister, Kavitha was arrested in Delhi Liquor Scam and had to spend five months in Tihar Jail. She is currently out on bail.
