For the First Time, Medha IT Towers in Full Demand

Medha Towers in Gannavaram was constructed during previous government regime to house IT companies.But then, these towers are never occupied fully. Despite the best efforts of the government, there were no takers and at one stage, the government even planned to denotify it.

But then, they are back in demand now. As many as seven IT companies are all set to begin their operations on May 3rd. These companies will come up in 42681 Sq feet and will give 1650 employment opportunities. NRIs have played a prominent role in bringing them to AP.

The building has all the necessary facilities like sufficient parking area, 24×7 power backup, and centralized air-conditioner facilities. Another advantage is the foolproof security mechanism of the tower. The government is expecting that the Towers will be fully occupied very soon.
