Forget 1 Lakh new jobs, KCR gives ‘Pink Slips’!

Telangana Rashtra Samiti came to power in the newest state of the country with the promise of creating One Lakh new jobs and regularizing all the contract and out sourced jobs in the state. The TRS government was not able to create a single job so far in the state.

But in contrast, the government had given pink slip to 550 contract and out sourced employees. These employees are working in Tribal Gurukuls for the past 15 years. Government is planning to fill up these posts in the starting of the next academic year.

The state government intelligently timed this decision immediately after the Assembly session so as to avoid the heat from the opposition parties. In fact, KCR promised to regularize these jobs before the elections but now moved away from it.
