Formula E Case: ACB To Summon KTR

The ACB is actively pursuing the Formula E scam case in which BRS working president KT Rama Rao has been named as the primary accused (A1). IAS officer Aravind Kumar and former HMDA Chief Engineer BLN Reddy have been named A2 and A3 in this case.

As per the latest reports, ACB is all set to issue summons to KTR and Aravind Kumar, as per the statement given by MAUD Principal Secretary Dana Kishore.

Yesterday, Dana Kishore recorded his statement against KTR and Aravind Kumar in the Formula E scam. Reportedly, his statement has been recorded for over seven hours.

Now, as the statement has been recorded, ACB will summon KTR and Aravind Kumar very soon,

On the other side, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is also actively investigating the case. It is also expected to serve KTR with notices very soon.

With ACB and ED going against him, it looks like KTR will have a tough legal battle ahead.

Dana Kishore filed a case against KTR accusing him of making illegal transactions through HMDA officials to the Formula E organizers without the required permissions.

It is alleged that the then MAUD Secretary, Aravind Kumar, approved these transactions under KTR’s instructions, which the government claims constitute a blatant violation of financial regulations.
