A new case has been filed on ex MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi. A complaint was lodged regarding illegal mining in Gannavaram. The mining AD filed a 58-page complaint.
A case has been filed and PT warrant is likely to be filed by the police in Court. It is known that Vallabhaneni Vamsi had four cases against him – Mangalagiri TDP office attack case, Satyavardhan kidnap case, land grab and illegal mining case.
During course of time, he has been granted bail in three cases, barring attack on Mangalagiri TDP office attack case. Just a couple of days back, he was given bail in Satyavardhan kidnap case.
It was being said that Vallabhaneni Vamsi would get bail in TDP office attack case on May 22. That would have meant being released from jail. However, now a fresh case has been filed on him regarding illegal mining.
Chances appear to be bleak for Vallabhaneni Vamsi to come out of jail anytime soon!
