Future of AP Settler Students in TS look bleak!

Andhra Pradesh government finally clarified its stand on the Fees Reimbursement scheme clearing all the doubts regarding the scheme. Andhra Pradesh government had issued a G.O. that the government will be paying the fees of all the students who are natives to the state according to the Presidential order in Article 371-D. The fees will be paid to those student even if they are studying in AP or Telangana.

This decision of the government will not address the grievances of AP people settled in Telangana and are natives of Telangana according to Article 371-D. The future of these students will be in dark as Telangana government is paying only the fees of students whose families live in Telangana before 1956. Settlers who are natives of Telangana according to Article 371-D will not get help from the either governments. Only the intervention of the courts can now save the future of the students.
