Gali Janardhan Reddy finally releasing from jail!

Mining Baron Gaali Janardhan Reddy who is rotting in jail for the last three years in various cases is finally coming out. Supreme Court granted him the bail a short while ago in Obulapuram Mining Corporation Case. Gali already has got bails from the cases pending on him in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

With this latest bail, all decks are cleared for his release.However Supreme Court had imposed few conditions for letting out Gali, Not entering his forte, Bellary constituency is the prime condition. The court asked him to submit a guarantee amount of 30 Lakhs and his passport too.

Gali Janardhan Reddy once commanded the Karnataka Politics when BJP was in Power. While the late YS Rajasekhar Reddy is the CM of Andhra Pradesh, he got lot of irregular benefits from the then AP government in mining in Rayalaseema districts. All those wrong doings mounted on him and sent him to jail for about three years.
