Galla Aruna Kumari Inducted into TDP Politburo

A couple of months ago, there are rumours that Galla Aruna Kumari may quit Telugu Desam Party after she resigned as Chandragiri Incharge. She called for a followers’ meeting and announced that she is quitting electoral politics and will stay in TDP.

Her son, Galla Jayadev is currently the MP of Guntur and is growing leaps and bounds in the party in the fight against the center. Chandrababu Naidu has decided to give due respect to the Former Minister and inducted her into the Party’s Politburo.

Politburo is the highest decision making body in the Telugu Desam Party. Chandrababu Naidu has taken this decision as part of strengthening the party in the Chittoor district, on the wake of ensuing elections in 2019, sources informed.
