Adani Out Of Top 10 Global Rich List

Gautam Adani, who fell from his third position in the global rich list, has further slipped down and is currently at 15th position. He stood at 10th position in the Forbes Real-time billionaire list for 2023 before he was overtaken by Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani. However, today, he slipped to the 15th position.

Though Adani’s net worth, according to Forbes, was USD 83.9 million during the day, Adani’s current worth is USD 75.1 billion. Mukesh Ambani of Reliance took over Adani with a net worth of UD 84.3 billion, as revealed by the Forbes Real-time billionaire list for 2023.

Ambani’s wealth increased by 0.19 percent, with an increase of wealth by USD 164 million, while Gautam Adani’s worth came down by 4.62 percent, halting at USD 84.1 today. However, one must understand that these values fluctuate, and Adani’s wealth could increase if there is a gain in his stock.

The fall has come following a report by US short-seller Hindenburg Research on Adani Group alleging a decade-long fraud scheme that involved brazen accounting fraud, stock manipulation, and money laundering.
